Self-Healing Communities

Based on the framework Laura Porter established in Washington State in the 1990s, Self-Healing Communities create cross-sector networks that build up local leaders who learn to consider every part of a system rather than a single portion of it. Raising Resilient Oklahomans is a Resilience Initiative Partner of The Potts Family Foundation that supports policy-makers, professionals, and ordinary citizens in developing trauma-informed solutions by implementing evidence-based practices.
